Who in your revenue team is ready for the next step?
Fund a place in the RevHer founding cohort for a woman in your revenue team. She learns the craft, builds a plan to win a sponsor inside your company, and meets peers who carry a number too. You get her outcomes back in writing.

I have spent more than twenty years building revenue teams that perform. If you have a woman in yours who is ready for the next step, I want to hear about her.
What you get
- Revenue craft: forecasting, deal strategy, pricing, and the commercial judgement that earns a bigger number.
- A sponsor plan: coaching to win a sponsor in your own organisation.
- Human plus AI: how to lead a revenue team that works with AI.
- Outcomes you can report: role, scope and pay changes, reported back to you.
What you do
Nominate the woman. Fund her place before 14 December 2026. The cohort starts on 1 February 2027.
If you have 500 or more staff
You have chosen three gender equality targets and must meet or show improvement on each within three years. A sponsored place is a practical input to a target on women in management. It does not satisfy a target on its own.
If you have fewer than 100 staff
The reporting rules do not apply to you. The question does: who is your next team lead, and what is she waiting on?
