FOR WOMEN WHO LEAD REVENUE / THE FOUNDING CIRCLE

You lead revenue. Who is coming up behind you?

The founding circle is a small group of senior women in revenue. Peers at your own level, and the chance to sponsor the women coming up behind you. It starts with a roundtable in November.

What the founding circle is

You have the title and the number. What is harder to find is a peer who has both, and a structured way to bring the next women through.

FOR YOU

Peers at your level

Chief revenue officers, sales directors and heads of revenue operations. A small table. What is said there stays there.

FOR THE WOMEN BEHIND YOU

Put a name forward

Each circle member sponsors women in the founding cohort. Not mentoring over coffee: saying her name in the meeting where it counts.

FOR THE RECORD

Shape the data

The circle sets the questions for RevHer's annual survey of women in Australian B2B sales, and sees the findings first.

Mentoring informs. Sponsorship promotes.

Sponsorship is the best-evidenced way to move someone up, and it needs a sponsor who already holds the role. In revenue, that is you.

A NOTE FROM GEORGIA

[Draft for Georgia to rewrite in her own words]

I have spent more than twenty years helping revenue teams turn strategy into results. The women in those teams were rarely short of ability or ambition. What they were short of was each other: peers who carry the same number, sponsors who will say their name in the right meeting, and a clear view of the next step. RevHer is my answer, and it starts with you. I am inviting a small group of women who lead revenue to found the circle with me. I would like you at the first table.
